Our 2Build Speed and Agility program will teach your athlete the fundamental techniques for running faster, cutting harder, and having an explosive first step. The science based, comprehensive program will start with the basics and progressively develop these skills with each session. For ages 8 to 13. Register below!
ACCELERATION & DECELERATION
Develop the fundamental skills for creating explosive power forwards and backwards as well as side-to-side.
Whether it's for running a route or getting around a defender, learn the body positions necessary to rapidly change direction.
Learn neuromuscular coordination and total body stability needed for taking off and landing from a high power jump.
While we are a service that provides preparation for collegiate athletes, we do not by any means guarantee college scholarships and/or a specific division for which an athlete will attend school at the next level. We do however offer the finest and most extensive training possible to prepare our athletes for whatever challenges they may come in contact with.
